These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into by and between Gentry Phone Repair, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer."
1. Services Provided:The Company agrees to provide cellphone repair services to the Customer as per the terms outlined in this Agreement. Services may include but are not limited to diagnostics, repair, and replacement of cellphone components.
2. Estimates:The Company will provide the Customer with a cost estimate for the repair services. This estimate is based on the information provided by the Customer and may be subject to change after a detailed inspection. The Customer will be notified of any changes in cost before proceeding with the repair.
3. Repair Warranty:The Company provides a 3-months/ 90-days warranty on the repair services performed. This warranty covers the repaired/replaced components and does not cover new issues or damages unrelated to the initial repair.
4. Data Loss:The Customer is responsible for backing up all data on their device before submitting it for repair. The Company is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
5. Payment:Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair. The Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in the estimate provided by the Company. Failure to pay within 10 days may result in additional charges and the withholding of the repaired device.
6. Device Pickup:The Customer agrees to pick up their repaired device within 21 days of being notified that the repair is complete. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or the disposal of the device at the Company's discretion.
7. Customer Responsibilities:The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the device and its issues. Any misinformation may result in additional charges or delays in the repair process.
8. Limitation of Liability:The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided.
9. Governing Law:This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
By availing the services of Gentry Phone Repair, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
